Month 3

Month 3: Leadership and Psychological Safety

Sustainability in the helping professions goes beyond individual self-care; it’s also supported by the team you work within. This month, we’re focusing on the leader within everyone. As a helper, you already use leadership skills every day, such as empathy, reliability, and steadiness under pressure. Leadership behaviors build psychological safety in the workplace, which improves team resilience and reduces burnout.
